3D-Print
We are offering the following services in the area of 3D objects.
3D Printing
3D printing, also known as additive manufacturing, is a method of creating a three dimensional object layer-by-layer using a computer created design.
3D printing is an additive process whereby layers of material are built up to create a 3D part. This is the opposite of subtractive manufacturing processes, where a final design is cut from a larger block of material. As a result, 3D printing creates less material wastage.
Laser Cutting/Engraving
Laser engraving is the practice of using lasers to engrave an object. Depending on the materials, the laser-material interactions can be different. On harder surfaces, the mechanism of action is primarily the ablation where the focused beam of laser dislodges microscopic particles from the substrate.
CNC Milling
CNC milling is a machining process that combines computer numerical control machining systems and a multi-point cutting tool or milling cutter. As one type of CNC machining, it involves mounting the workpiece on a machine bed and cutting materials from a solid block to produce products made of glass, metal, plastic, wood and more specialized materials.
